We are an Online Jigsaw Puzzle Store. We sell Jigsaw Puzzles, Jigsaw Puzzles and more Jigsaw Puzzles. Please continue to check back in with us regularly as we continue to grow our business.

We are located in the Perth northern suburb of Kingsley. If you are local and want to save on postage, contact us to arrange for click and collect.

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders.

Puzzle Ninjas offer a 30 day change of mind refund policy. Change of mind returns must be received within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in brand new condition i.e. unopened (including plastic wrapping) and undamaged. If the product is damaged in transit when you return it to us we are unable to refund. We cannot refund items which are lost in transit when returning to us. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note we do not replace jigsaw puzzle pieces.
